The Pitch Review

A lot of documentaries might seem simple-minded and a carbon copy of others but Mike Eisenberg’s film trims off the fat and cuts straight to the point and it makes its points very clear.

The film centers around patient safety and how the technology is racing to keep people in good health. AI has definitely helped with that but the movie even explains that everyone can agree that nobody wants robots to take the place of actual doctors in society.

Let’s start with the positives. The film does an excellent job of getting its point across and explains the importance of technology to the audience and why it is instrumental in today’s healthcare system in saving lives.

When it comes to the negatives, the film does a lot of talking which may not be the best way at holding the viewers’ attention. There may be too much talking which the audience may feel like they are reading from a health manual rather than getting the information from the heart and letting that speak to the viewer.

Nevertheless, it makes for a fascinating take on health and the future of where it’s going to go.

All in all, the film might meander too long into getting into it’s heart, but there is still enough heart to make for an engaging foray into the technology that keeps us all alive.
